L&D Head
As an L&D lead, you will be responsible for developing high quality training programs and strategy and driving your team design and administer learning programs for benefits administration and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will deliver on the training vision and oversee a team to curate, deliver, and continuously improve learning content using an array of creative approaches that inspire and engage learners to drive operational excellence and career/workforce progression.
- Manage learning initiatives (including e-learning) around a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design, project management and logistics, delivery and evaluation.
- Partner with the busines leaders to understand the learning needs from their business areas and engage internal/external resources to create solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Partners and work collaboratively to define the development needs and align development with a broader people strategy.
- Collaborate in designing leadership development courses to be utilized globally.
- Communicate persuasively and credibly (both verbally and in writing), adapt in a constantly changing environment, pragmatically focused on delivery.
- Deliver classroom, blended and remote (WebEx) programs.
- Experience in implementing L&D analytics.
- Strong writing, editing and visual design skills.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills, an ability to act professionally regarding sensitive subjects, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Must possess the capability to drive business partnering and analytical mindset. Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational, with strong time-management skills.
- Consistent record of design and delivery of development initiatives in a business environment, with a strong emphasis e-learning and instructional design.
- Experience in facilitation and delivering to international groups and using a variety of delivery methods and platforms.
